1. Sales Manager


Requirements:


• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering
• Seven years of experience in managerial position.
• Vast knowledge of generators and industrial
machineries.
• Well-developed project management skills, and able to manage personnel and budgets.
• Leads the systems sales business by executing account management strategies that facilitate long-term customer
relationships with targeted customers.
• Identify and cultivate business opportunities in order to meet sales target objectives for the respective business areas.
• Identify a clear understanding of client inquiry for
the generation of commercial/technical proposals.
• Promote the company's portfolio of services to
existing and new clients.



2. Sales Engineer



Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Electrical or Mechanical
Engineering
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as sales engineer for generators and industrial machineries.
• Strong understanding of AC system design.
• Ability to manage multiple system application types
and markets, managing the design activities in concert with parallel project schedules.
• Strong interpersonal, written, analytical and
quantitative skills.
• Self-starter, with strong organizational skills and
the ability to work well as part of a team in a
relatively unstructured work environment with little
supervision.
• Establish sales leads and contacts recording
information in the company's data systems.
• Promote, present and sell the company's portfolio of services to existing and new clients in a professional manner and offer optional/ alternative solutions where applicable.
• Communicate directly with Engineering and Operations managers and staff to ensure planning and completion of technical/commercial proposals are achieved and submitted.
• Follow-up on submitted sales inquiries and close to
order award where necessary.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors, material suppliers,
and internal EPC team to support project activities and stakeholder requirements.
