• Provide confidential administrative and management
support to the General Manager and Administration team
with regards to Office Matters & Personnel
• Provide secretarial support, including special projects,
office workflow, appointments, correspondence,
manuscripts, budgets, data compilation and records
control
• Set up a systematic and efficient filling system, both for hard files and electronic data, that enables quick retrieval & ensure security of all files
• Coordinates special projects and events, office
activities and committee meetings

• Design and establish programs that will develop

support the company's Hospitality business strategy.

learning are prevalent in all levels of business

• Utilize internal and external resources to ensure the organization has the talent and capabilities to support long-term profitable growth.
• Develop, plan, implement and monitor: Orientation
Training, Core Service Training, Hygiene Training,
Health & Safety Training and Fire Training
