Consumer sales supervisor (For Consumer markets)
Reporting to and as directed the Coordinator Sales & Marketing, the incumbent has prime responsibility to develop sales of lubricant products in the local consumer market.

Regularly visit dealers and customers, reporting to the Senior Coordinator Lubricants. Responsible to: prepare and implement marketing plans; define individual sales responsibilities, territories and targets; prepare

outside facilities.

Operates with minimum supervision in matters of craft skills and knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have:


• B.Sc. / B.E. / B.Tech. Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• 12 years experience in a refinery or similar heavy process industry, of which at least five years should have been in a supervisory capacity.
• Experience in trouble shooting machine tool and overhead crane problems.
• Specialized knowledge of in-situ machining, special metalizing processes and use of balancing machines.
