be based in Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)

Functions

Execute and monitor service delivery process by performing assigned tasks under the supervision of delivery coordinator, and according to operations manual and procedures.


Execute simple IT Tasks. Duties and responsibilities1. Products and services customization Work closely with customer technical personnel, reporting to delivery coordinator in order to implement and test PandS customization.


- Provide information to delivery coordinator about
technical constraints and customer security policies to
consider for PandS customization.

- Assist delivery coordinator executig the technical and functional tests to certify PandS customization. Adjust back office systems according to customized PandS to automate tasks such as reports generation, sales information processing, and customer care. Update PandS operation procedures according to PandS customization for each customer.


Identify customer personnel to be addressed to
ensure end to end PandS delivery (for example areas to
contact for contents submission and publication when
there is no full integration and automation).

2. PandS operation

Ensure timely delivery of PandS according to
delivery plan. Follow the procedures established in
operations manual and escalate unsolved incidents or non
routine circumstances to delivery coordinator. Assist
delivery coordinator producing service reports to
monitor PandS delivery and communicate its status.


Solve assigned incidents on time, document the solution, and conduct preventive actions if any to avoid service
disruption. Provide any recommendation to improve
quality of service, increase customer satisfaction, and
or reduce costs.

2. To provide Country Level HR Operational services to all Company managers and employees in KSA.

3. To provide a Country Level Company Employee Services Centre, and limited Country HR Specialist Services and functions, for all Company managers and employees inKSA.

4. To standardize the KSA Country HR policies,
procedures and processes for the Company in KSA. Specific areas of responsibility are to-Ensure that the Country Level KSA HR and Country Level KSA Business Strategies area Aligned, and linked to the Group Strategic Plan, the Corporate HR Strategic Road Map and Plan, and the Company Annual Operating Plan.

- Consult with the Corporate HR Centres of Excellence on local Country KSA policies and practices.

-Drive implementation of appropriate Company Employee Service Centre, and Corporate HR Centers of Excellence strategies, initiatives, services and
plans in KSA deploying HR BPs and HRGs across the KSA BUs and or functions to maximize efficiency
and productivity.


Role


Profile Country Head of HR, KSA-Lead the standardization of HR processes, practices and systems across all of the KSA Companies, in alignment with Group HR Processes, Policies and Procedures.

-Lead the development and implementation of appropriate service level agreements between Country KSA HR Operations and the Country BUs.

-Monitor KSA HR performance against agreed metrics and take appropriate action as required.

-To provide support and guidance on the delivery of effective employee relations and development practices across KSA.

Monitor and control Country HR costs against agreed budgets.-Act as a Change Agent for the HR function.

Build the capability of the KSA HR team and ensure succession planning, career management and development of high performing HR staff.

-Deploy effective Country KSA Employee
communication strategies.

-At times, act as Lead HRBP within KSA.
