قامت اسبانيا ببناء برجين لتوليد الطاقة الشمسية، هذان البرجان محاطان بمصفوفة هائلة من المرايا العاكسة للضوء لتسلطه على نقطة مركزية في هذه الأبراج. كل برج يولد طاقة بقدرة 6 ميغاوات وتصل قدرة هذا المشروع في حال الإنتهاء من تنفيذه إلى 300 ميغاوات.
