MANAGER – TECHNICAL RECORDS & PLANNING
The Manager – Technical Records & Planning will be responsible for the leadership of the Technical Records, Planning and Library departments as well as performing Technical Records tasks.
Administer all Aircraft Technical Records, publications and associated Archives per regulatory requirements. Audit and examine all completed work packages, prepare for
archiving and update the correlating time control system (TRAX).
Responsibilities will also include: to check and clarify queries regarding all Technical Records and Technical Publications as well as organize the C of A renewal process for Civil Aviation audits and prepare related paperwork. He / She must be committed to act with overall accuracy, have a comprehensive aviation knowledge and support the Director, Technical Control
in his duties regarding the airworthiness of the aircraft.
Applicants must hold a Master's Degree in Aeronautical Engineering or equivalent, and have a minimum of 10 years experience in Technical Records and Planning, or have held similar positions in Aircraft Maintenance
Management working with Aviation IT Systems.
