DIRECTOR CORPORATE TRAVEL
To strategically plan, grow & mange the entire company corporate travel business in Saudi Arabia with a view of increasing the market share, enhance our revenue streams, achieve cost optimization of increased specialization & productivity through implementation of creating ideas & standard operating procedures in operations, sales, key account management & areas of technology. Experience:
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the travel industry out of which a minimum of 7-8 years in a general management position, managing the corporate travel department in a recognized TMC

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR
To strategically manage the sales department with regards to all sales activities that include customer acquisition, lead generation, follow up on leads, business generation, and process & structure development, minimize and support account receivable.
Play a dynamic & proactive leadership role in enhancing the capabilities of the sales department from technological, human capital, SOP, brand image, sales & marketing & good will point of view. This also includes highlighting deviations in actual performance against allocated budgets and presenting it to the Vice President Corporate & Government Travel.
Experience:
• Minimum 15 years of experience in the travel industry out of which minimum of 7 years in a Senior Sales management position, managing the corporate travel department in a recognized TMC.
• Experience in participating in local, regional & global tenders in providing Travel Management Services.
• Proven track record in achieving challenging sales, revenue & profit targets consistently.

GSA MANAGER
• In this role the applicant will be responsible for planning and managing the operation and expansion of company GSA airline business in Saudi Arabia to ensure achievement of market share, revenue & contribution targets through dynamic management & representation of GSA airline.
• Implement the business strategy and related policies for the GSA department, whilst ensuring maximum profitability and productivity. Liaise with the Airline Principals to develop, manage and implement their marketing plan in line with company's overall air strategy.
• Monitor and be aware of all changing market situations, and continuously adapt the business strategy to meet the environmental conditions and challenges of the future. To track competitor activity and recommend changes in processes, systems, strategy for business growth to address these needs.
• Manage the overall annual budget for GSAs with respect to sales, manpower and overall costs. Identify the profitability for each Airline, and work to maximize overall profitability of the department. Continuously seek improvements in business processes, system and technology in order to ensure that business targets are achieved in the most productive manner.
• Degree or Honors (12+3 or equivalent) in a business related discipline. 8 years experience at a senior management capacity of a travel based organization, with expertise in managing GSA travel trade related business and customer service relationship management. Knowledge of IATA regulations, airline, policies and procedures together with documentation and accounting requirements. Familiarity with the Gulf travel business environment is desirable to understand customer needs and supplier capability.
CARGO DIVISION DIRECTOR
A proactive tactician who will drive and expand cargo department including sales and operations strategically to meet company's cargo department goals and targets, Guiding cargo staff and empowering them to function independently whilst mapping out a strategic 'check & control' mechanism to confirm whether or not the staff is proactive and motivated all the time. The duties & responsibilities are:
Experience:
• Excellent in planning and budgeting. Timely execution of Cargo department related decisions.
• Saudi cargo market awareness especially with regards to handling of "personal effects cargo", "exhibition cargo" and "commercial imports".
• Ability to negotiate best service deals with vendors (i.e. land transporters, airlines, shipping lines etc…) to optimize maximum profitability.
• Enthusiasm to operate independently, with flexible hours and willing to travel extensively locally and overseas
• Minimum 15 years experience in Cargo/Logistics field out of which five (5) years in a senior management positions.
• Successful participation in local/global cargo/logistics tenders.
• Graduate from a recognized university or Diploma holder with IATA Dangerous Goods Certification or IATA Basic / Advance Cargo Certification or any other cargo related qualification.
• Excellent verbal & written communication ability in English (ability to speak, read, write in Arabic is an added advantage).
